Matthew has been an active player in Charleston's real estate community since 2014. In only 9 years, he has become one of the area's top producers, closing hundreds of homes equating to over $100 million in volume. He is now in the top 1-percent of all Realtors in the community and has received considerable recognition as a top producer. In 2021, he was named a winner of Charleston's Real Producers 40 Under 40, a prestigious award given to only a select few realtors out of more than 7000 in the area. 

As one of the company's founders, Matthew works diligently to satisfy the individual needs of each client. He takes a hands-on approach to serve each client in a way that caters to their unique needs and concerns. Through exceptional knowledge of the market, and active, quality communication, Matthew develops a level of trust with his clients that is second to none. His value of ongoing relationships with satisfied clients has developed a steady stream of referrals that has built his business to what it is. 

Today, Matthew lives with his wife, Rachel, in Mt Pleasant, South Carolina. They have two sons, Hudson and Jaden, who keep them busy. The couple is active in their local church, and love to travel and play golf in their free time. They also are passionate foodies who are always looking for new restaurants to try in the Charleston area.
